Paul Mannassis, Principal of Finding-a-Way located in NSW is our dedicated roasting provider. Paul has a wealth of experience extending from coffee evaluation, coffee analysis, coffee blend development along with a lifetime of hospitality, retail and coffee roasting experience. Paul is the chief coffee judge of the Sydney Royal Fine Food coffee competition which is part of the Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales.

The team at 4Blend Coffee have been aligned with Finding-a-Way for the last 3 years. Paul and his team have an extensive range of individual coffees from various growing regions and understand the different flavour profile each origin displays. Together, we have developed our very own private blend now known as 4Blend Coffee supplying to a very niche and boutique market.
